As an added benefit, we assist in getting a living will set up for all our clients who wish to have one with no charge or fees.

Generally, a living will describes certain life prolonging treatments. You, the declarant, indicate which treatments you do or do not want applied to you in the event you either suffer from a terminal illness or are in a permanent vegetative state.

A living will does not become effective unless you are incapacitated; until then you’ll be able to say what treatments you do or do not want.

Basically, there are two benefits of having a living will & The first, taking the burden of a tough decision away from your loved ones.

And secondly, to give you a peace of mind, that if you are incapacitated you already made the decision on how you want to live your life.
